Kindly Hosted byRice Market, Chef Seng Luangrath who will demonstrate Mok Pa, a Lao dish of seafood steamed in banana leaves with a green curry sauce, coconut, dill, wood ear mushrooms and onions all the while sharing with students her rich, cherished food memories and lively conversation.
Students will have some snacks to enjoy along the way ( Sakoo & Lao Spicy Peanuts) as well as a welcome cocktail! Most importantly students will also take home a bag with all the ingredients to re-create the recipe at home so their culinary journey can begin right away!
