All hand-on methods including chocolate coating and decorating. Welcome drink and pastry before the start of the class are included.
Eddie is a self-taught baker. He lives in Raleigh North Carolina. He has been baking for more than 20 years now. In the past 10 years, he had worked in several successful bakeries in the Triangle Area. Recent years, he has worked with a group of restaurants and bakeries in the area to help them develop dessert menus and pastry programs.
